At BariatricPal Shop, we want you to feel confident in your new wardrobe; if your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to ensure your post-weight loss journey is supported by clothing that makes you look and feel your best.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing polybag.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
